How much thinner do I add to tractor paint?
Most experienced painters will thin at a rate of about 4 or 5 parts paint to one part solvent / reducer (about 20%). Remember, if using our Hardener in the paint always mix in the hardener 10 to 15 minutes prior to thinning.
How do you mix paint for a tractor?
Add 1/2 pint of Majic Catalyst Hardener to each gallon of paint (16:1). Mix thoroughly. Allow it to sit approximately 20 minutes before using. The hardener will have a pot life of about 8 hours.
