Tractors are pretty robust and are designed to handle much harsher conditions than your car would. But generally tractors are parked in a shed/barn over night. Leaving a tractor out in the rain mechanically will not hurt it they are designed to handle the harsh elements of the rain snow and Subfreezing weather.
