Where is the bead on a tire?
The tire bead is the inner circle of the tire; the part of the tire that connects the tire to the rim, and holds the entire wheel together. This bead is a combination of a rubber band that is reinforced with a sturdy material such as steel cable.

How do you fill a tractor tire with air?
I’d recommend you jack the tire off the ground, put the valve stem at 12 o’clock, then remove the stem core until the water stops draining out. Too much fluid is a bad thing because there isn’t enough “cushion” from the air. Once water stops coming out, air it up to the pressure you want and you’re done.

The bead of the tire has steel chords inside it so it can ‘t stretch. To mount the tire the rim has a narrow spot in the middle. If the rim is clean and the tire is not severely damaged it should be just fine.
What can you use to seal a tire bead?
One of the best ones consists of 1 part tubeless slime, 2 parts water, 2 parts windshield washer, 2-4 parts latex, plus silicone until the desired consistency. It may seem a bit watery at first, but it sticks well. The color will be a shade of greenish-brown. Add some glitter or rubber dust for thickener.
