You DO NOT need to switch your headlight switch, the brake light switch, headlight high beam switch, the headlight circuit fuse and the turn signal fuse. They are just fine for a 12v system. You will want to change your turn signal flasher for a 12v unit. Just take the old 6v one in and match up a 12v replacement.
