I just shove the lift plate under the rear of the dead tractor and push down on the handle until the rear end lifts off the ground,and then you can either pull the tractor around by hand,or use a chain to attach the hand truck’s handle to the hitch ball hole on the tow tractor if you go slow and do not make jerky
