How can you tell if a bead is seated?
They don’t always make a popping noise but you should always do a visual inspection on both sides. Also if it looks like your tire is wobbling while riding, the bead probably isn’t seated.

Rubber cement might work, did for me when I bent a rim and hammered it back. just dont run 21 road. broke em down and tried Clydes idea. Grease might keep some of the mud out of the gap, i dunno.
